"I am pleased to share our 2023 Gender Pay Gap Findings. We are pleased to see our GPG reducing over time, but the work is not done yet. We’ve been working hard over the past year, with support from representatives across our communities and the business, to develop and enhance a robust Gender Pay Gap Action plan. We look forward to implementing more initiatives and actions over the next 12 months and beyond, which will undoubtedly help address the gender pay gap at Alfa even further."
