As part of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, we want to better understand the diverse make-up of Alfa and get an understanding of how valued our colleagues feel at work. We also want to understand what we can do to improve representation of diverse groups and know where to focus our DEI efforts. As part of this, in 2023, Alfa launched our first-ever and now annual DEI employee survey, seeking feedback from colleagues on how we’re doing and crowd-sourcing suggestions for areas to work on.
Our culture remains one of the things we are most proud of at Alfa. We foster global connections, work on communicating and knowledge-sharing wherever we can, and enjoy learning and networking at a host of social talks and events.
We call our Employee Resource Groups ‘Communities’ and we have eight of these vibrant affinity groups, which lead the way in raising awareness, educating colleagues, supporting each other and making a positive impact on life at Alfa. Alfa Communities are people-powered - full of passion and energy!
